E2’s team validates schedules for logic, accuracy, and completeness and evaluates the current physical percent complete when possible to keep projects within the program on track. Project milestones are identified and tracked to inform LAX program managers. With multiple large and complex projects simultaneously in the planning and construction phases, E2’s cost estimators and document control specialists routinely integrate the latest cost and schedule data to generate resource loaded, milestone, and cost forecasting reports to assist in the management of the work. Our cost estimators are committed to ensuring the Los Angeles World Airports is getting the most for their money.
