Los Angeles International Airport Development Program Support

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is California’s biggest and busiest airport and among the largest international airports in the U.S. To improve the passenger experience, reduce overcrowding, provide access to the latest class of large passenger aircraft, and modernize the airport, LAX has embarked on a $14 billion dollar airport development program projected to last through 2023.

E2 is providing scheduling, costing, estimating and document control services to support the LAX Development Program. E2’s team validates schedules for logic, accuracy, and completeness and evaluates the current physical percent complete when possible to keep projects within the program on track. Project milestones are identified and tracked to inform LAX program managers. With multiple large and complex projects simultaneously in the planning and construction phases, E2’s cost estimators and document control specialists routinely integrate the latest cost and schedule data to generate resource loaded, milestone, and cost forecasting reports to assist in the management of the work. Our cost estimators are committed to ensuring the Los Angeles World Airports is getting the most for their money. E2 is providing program management support for the Midfield Satellite Concourse with substantial completion anticipated in 2019, and the New Large Aircraft gates at the Tom Bradley International Terminal completed in 2013.
